  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

  2. PAYMENT TERMS: You authorize us to charge your payment card on a scheduled basis, as agreed upon during registration, for the services we provide. If you wish to change your payment method or cancel your agreement, you must provide us with a 15-day written notice.

  3. CANCELLATIONS: Students unable to attend a scheduled lesson must notify RTIM using the official “Notify Form” link the only accepted method for reporting forthcoming absences. Each student is eligible for one make-up lesson or credit every 8 weeks, with no rollover of unused entitlements. Absences beyond this quota are ineligible for make-up or credit. Eligible make-up lessons or credits are processed and typically scheduled in the first week of the following calendar month, with students notified via email. For the make-up lesson / credit policy to be applied, the online "notify form" must be filled anytime prior to the missed lesson. RTIM reserves the right to amend this policy. You may pause or cancel your services with us at any time, given a 15-day written notice.

  4. CONDUCT: You agree to treat teachers, fellow students, and the school environment with respect, and to arrive on time for lessons. Bullying, discrimination, or any distracting/disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  5. USE OF MEDIA: You grant us permission to use photos or videos taken during the lessons, concert rehearsals and actual concerts for promotional use on our website and other marketing channels.

  6. PERSONAL PROPERTY: We are not responsible for personal belongings brought onto our premises. We encourage you to keep personal items with you at all times.

  7. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: We use video surveillance for the safety and security of our students, teachers, and staff. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded.

  8. SPECIAL NEEDS: If a student has special needs, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inform us in advance so that we can provide the best learning environment possible.

  9. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to release us from any liability for physical or property damage incurred while participating in our classes. You agree to indemnify us from any claims or costs, including legal fees, arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

  10. PARENTAL SUPERVISION: Unless invited by a teacher, parents or guardians are expected to remain in the designated waiting area during class sessions.

  11. PRIVACY: Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to our site and use of our services, to understand our practices.

  12. CHANGES TO TERMS: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
