  1. PAYMENT AND BILLING: You agree to have your card charged on the date of your First Lesson with the pre-agreed amount. Subsequent charges will be made every 4 weeks for the same amount. You understand that you may cancel this arrangement at any time, provided that you give us 15 days written notice. If you want to use a card other than the one that you used to pay your intro lesson, then you need to let us know accordingly BEFORE the date of your first lesson and provide alternative card details.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION NOTICES VIA EMAIL, SMS, PHONE OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION METHOD.
FAILURE TO USE THE DESIGNATED FORM MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF ELIGIBILITY FOR MAKEUP LESSONS.

      Cancellation by the Student:
      1) Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be notified at least 4 hours in advance via the designated "/notify" form to be eligible for credit.
      2) Limit of Makeup Lessons: Students are entitled to up to two makeup lessons for any 12-week period, provided cancellations are reported exclusively through the designated form.
      3) Excess Cancellations and No-Shows: More than two cancellations or any no-shows within a 12-week period, or any notification made less than 4 hours prior to the lesson time, will not be eligible for a makeup lesson.
      4) Makeup Lessons Only, No Refunds: Cancellations by students will only result in makeup lesson credits when eligible. No monetary / financial credits or refunds will be provided.
      5) Using the Makeup Lesson Credits: Makeup lesson credits can be used by booking a lesson with the same teacher, a different teacher, or for a different instrument, as long as the monetary value of the makeup lesson and the missed lesson is the same. Makeup lesson credits will lapse if they are not used within 6 months. The balance of the makeup lesson credit is visible in the student portal.

      Cancellation by the Teacher:
      1) Teacher Unavailability: If a lesson is canceled due to the teacher's unavailability, students will be offered a makeup lesson or a credit, which will not count against their two-credit quota.

      3) Mutual Exclusivity: Makeup lessons or credits are mutually exclusive.
